Focus On Greatness Music Group is an independent record label, founded in 2009 by Fred Stenson Jr aka Mafiosa & Bernard Tearney aka Space in Syracuse, New York. Feeling that they had something the world would love to hear  but the industry wouldn't understand it, they created their own company. They decided to focus on the music & the fans, instead of A&R's, Executive's, & getting signed. The label released its first mixtape "Business Is Never Personal" by Shooters Union with Dj Danetic from Berlin,Germany in 2012. The mixtape got an immediate response after its release. 60,000 downloads within 3 months, instant buzz on the streets, even grab the attention of a A&R from Atlantic Records. After proven their theory correct the label followed up with the release of  Mafiosa solo album "Grind & Make Music The 1st Series". Focus On Greatness is away of life, a vision, a mindstate, a level of achieving, a body of work that will out live the worker. Something accomplished by monumental individuals like Michael Jordan, Muhammad Ali, Tupac Shakur, Sam Walton, Russell Simmons, Jerry Rice, & Warren Buffett.
